We handle the support remotely during the week, although there may be some delay. We keep an eye on incoming emails and respond most smoothly that way, so we recommend that you email cases to us in the first instance. We can also receive cases via the telephone/support number, in which case the questions are forwarded to us by e-mail. Feedback can be given to you by phone if necessary. However, there is a certain time difference (6 hours) to consider but we will do our best and we hope for your understanding.
