Training in DDM takes 2-3 days and the time spent varies depending on how the system will be used and which parts of everything DDM has to offer will be used initially. In connection with the training, we also use the time to capture ideas that emerge regarding the further configuration of DDM.
Customers who have support also have the opportunity to participate in completely free online teacher-led training courses at DDM. Extensive training material in various forms is available for DDM . The installation includes extensive training material in PDF format for DDM Admin, Office and CAD. There is also very good training material on YouTube that is easy to follow. https://www.youtube.com/c/DesignDataManager/playlists.
