The basic training in IRONCAD is a total of 4 days, usually divided into two parts to facilitate learning.
Participants will get a good understanding of different methods to design efficiently in 3D and how to quickly depict 3D models with associative 2D drawings in IRONCAD.
Learn the basics of part modeling, handling in assemblies, modifying imported geometry, creating and expanding Sheet Metal parts, realistic image rendering, video animation, catalog management and much more!
The training is held during the first three days on site in our conference room in Stockholm with a mixture of a number of joint reviews and own work during four "sessions" per day. The last day (day 4) is held via Microsoft Teams, with the same structure of four sessions during the day.
Examples of how we organise our days:
DAY 1 - Basics of IRONCAD
Session 1 - at 08:30 - 10:00, Welcome, presentation
Brief background information Solidmakarna AB and IronCAD LLC and the structure of the 4-day course and its content.

Session 2 - 10:15 to 12:00, TriBall
A short briefing, then own work with TriBall.
Free for lunch.
Session 3 - 13:00 to 14:45, assembly (part-modeling, catalogs and TriBall)
A short review, then own work part-modeling in a assembly.

Session 4 - 15:00 to 16:30, Sketch/Cross section

Very good level of exercises in the academy. Started at "zero" and built up in difficulty. Would not have hurt with a section that more generally went through the program, what certain words mean and what they get for functions before it is used.
Mikael Eklund
I am satisfied with the format. Knowledgeable leader and good video that leaves few questions.
