The comprehensive feature set of IronCAD Mechanical in a new version, 2027!
New features that are a real game-changer for your productivity!
IronCAD Mechanical delivers significant improvements with a focus on automation, productivity in steel design, bills of materials, and workflow efficiency. The software is designed for mechanical engineers and manufacturers working with complex assemblies, steel structures, and large projects. It now introduces powerful new tools and smart enhancements that reduce manual work while increasing efficiency.

A common need for many structural engineers is to design beam structures such as roof trusses, mezzanine floors, or machine foundations. With IRONCAD create these using drag-and-drop technology and work directly with 3D models. There are now a variety of new tools for creating reinforcements and different types of bolted connections. New features have also been added for trimming beams.

New smart features have been added for managing materials, external links, project numbering, assemblies, and parties. Improvements have been made to IPROActiveManager, which now handles most tasks related to, for example, BOMs and metadata management for assemblies.

A license for the IronCAD Mechanical add-onMechanical at no additional cost with IRONCAD support. The installation file will be included with the IronCAD 2027 release, which we will send to all users with support, most likely in August. Please wait until then before installing it.
IronCAD Mechanical is compatible with both IRONCAD and IRONCAD .
