IronCAD 's DCS 2027 Product Update 1 is available here

The latest update to IRONCAD 2027 is PU1, which was released on November 3 and, in addition to a large number of fixes, includes the following new features:
IronCAD AI Assistant with support for Python scripts. Run automation scripts in Python directly from your directory to speed up routine modeling tasks.
The driver for the “spacemouse” from the manufacturer 3DConnexion has been completely rewritten.
Improved performance for patterns containing a large number of objects and created with TriBall using a so-called TriBall Pattern.

Assemblies that are or contain objects externally linked to another ICS file are now updated significantly faster.
For the ForwardEndConditionor Backward End Condition on an extrusion, you can now use “Extrude to Surface” to select a different part to stop against.

Improvements to 3D curves, in Sketch/Cross-Section; many features have been updated

Improvements have also been made to parametric modeling of sheet metal.

The 2D module with the ICD format has had a number of issues resolved and improvements made. This applies to certain features in CAXADraft 2D.

Files saved in PU1 cannot be opened without having PU1 installed.

Note: When installing PU1:
, uncheck "ICMechanical" since that is the U.S. version, and "our" customized version is the one you should use.
Otherwise, there are no issues.
