Svenema develops, designs and manufactures stainless steel lift trucks for the pharmaceutical industry, focusing on ergonomic customised solutions for the pharmaceutical industry's most demanding environments. Customized for optimal function

Svenema's customers often contact us with a lifting problem that needs to be solved in an ergonomic way. They then produce a 3D drawing and dimensional sketch using IRONCAD to illustrate to the customer what a solution might look like for them. Many of their customers require lifting equipment that is customised to fit their particular machine or vessel, so customisation is their forte. Everything they manufacture is in 304 or 316 stainless steel with a stylish design because the pharmaceutical industry has high standards of hygiene. Because they have a high level of expertise in cleanrooms in particular, this has led to their lift trucks being used in the pharmaceutical industry's most demanding environments, such as in sterile environments where syringes are manufactured.

IRONCAD - An important part of the workflow

Svenema uses IRONCAD on a daily basis to produce 3D images, dimensional drawings and manufacturing documents. They also use KeyShot to clearly visualize for the customer what their lifting trolley will look like. In Keyshot they can also make animations to show the whole workflow to the customer.
