We are sometimes asked in support how to correct a plate that is twisted on the drawing. To adjust this, you can use the Front View Definition tool. With Front View Definition you control the view placement in the 2D drawing directly from the object in the 3D scene. The movie above describes how to easily adjust the plate. The movie is made by Malcom Crowe and shows how you then set up the view in CAXA, however the settings are similar in the ICD environment:
