Many 2D drawing settings are saved uniquely per template, so you don't have to change them for each drawing. The setting you made will then be continuous on all new drawings based on that template. To clarify, this change will not affect previous drawings. If you want to carry over the settings to old drawings, you first need to make your new settings according to the process below. So how do I save my new settings to the new template?

The easiest way is to close all open 3D scenes in the drawing environment, then press New Drawing Pick Template (if you don't see that button, you can reach the same dialog box via New...)

Then find the template you want to change and press Ok

Pick new drawing

Then you make your changes. When the changes are complete, press Save As...

We file format change you to Template files

Then select the subfolder where the drawing is located in this case it is in the ISO folder

Then select the same file you have open to replace the template with your new version or create a new version with a different file name

Then press Save

Done!
