Instead of making the same kind of change to yourStyles and Layers over and over again in each 2D drawing template, simply do it on one 2D drawing template and then import the information into the new 2D drawing template.
To do this, go to Menu, File , Import Styles and Layers
You can customise the 2D drawing templates in IRONCAD just the way you want, with custom line thicknesses and colours, control the number of decimal places on dimensions, use a different font, add your company logo and much more.
Generally speaking, if you have to change a certain setting almost every time you create a new 2D drawing, then you probably have an error in the template and will save time by changing it instead.
