The reason for this is that the default path for the templates was switched between SP1 and PU1 in 2020. Close first IRONCAD. Then you need to make sure you can see hidden files and folders. You can do this by going to the tab View>View hidden items in the Explorer.
Then navigate to the new path:
C:\Users\YOUR USER\AppData\Roaming\IronCAD\IRONCAD\23.0\en-us\Template
For example, select the Drawing folder for your drawing templates, followed by the desired subfolder, then paste your templates here.
