Change visual style of TriBall

In version 2019, IronCAD LLC introduced many small changes to the user interface. For example, the TriBall now has selectable appearance properties. Lots of great feedback was received about the UI, so users can now choose between the classic thinner look and the new with thicker lines.

The TriBall has a right-click setting to change between these two styles, but also the size of the TriBall can be adjusted between three modes, Small, Medium (standard) and Large.
