How to turn off the blue TriBall icon at the Anchor Point?

A recurring question to us at support is whether and if so, how to turn off the TriBall icon that sometimes gets in the way in the 3D scene in IRONCAD?

With version 2019 came a new blue icon next to the Anchor Point that makes it easy to start TriBall with a click. Some people find it very handy, while others find it mostly in the way.

Can I turn it off? Yes, there are two options;

Turn off the TriBall icon temporarily

Right-click on the blue TriBall icon and select Hide.

‍

Turn off the TriBall icon permanently

Go to the Options settings, Interaction tab.

Locate and uncheck the Show TriBall Activator Icon option.

This is permanently reflected in all files and remains even after a restart of IRONCAD.
