For some IRONCAD users, the sheet metal table in version 2022 has "disappeared". It is not possible to select any sheets at all and it has created problems in unfolding existing sheets or converting a "regular solid" to a Sheet Metal part.
Do you recognise yourself in this? If so, here's the solution to the problem!
Start by shutting down IRONCAD.
Then download and copy our adjusted chart here:
Fixed patch table for IRONCAD v2022
Then go to this path, which you can copy and paste into the "address bar" of Windows Explorer (as shown below):
%localappdata%\IronCAD\IRONCAD\*VERSION*\en-us\SheetMetal

Then press [Enter] to enter the folder.
Paste the new text file(Stocktbl.txt) and choose to replace the existing one in the same folder.
Then start IRONCAD and the problem will be solved.
It may also be useful to paste the new text file under the path of the installation folder as well, to fix the same problem with the "original" of the plot table (this does not require a restart of IRONCAD):
C:\ProgramFiles\IronCAD\2022\AppData\en-us\SheetMetal

While we are writing about the sheet metal table, we would like to inform you about the Favorites filter in the table of available sheet metal types. It is possible to directly filter out the most frequently used sheet metal types, while the other (unimportant) sheet metal types are no longer visible. This minimizes the time it takes to scroll up and down the list to find the right sheet metal type.
Go to Options>Sheet Metal>Stock and then tick the sheet types you want as favourites under the Favoritecolumn.
Then press OK.

When you then drag and drop a new plate into the scene, you can activate the filter by ticking Filter Favorite Stocks and Default . Very convenient, isn't it!
