Create a realistic thread

Sometimes there is the need to be able to create a realistic thread shape. Maybe you want to print a screw or insert nut in your 3D printer? Or use a realistic thread shape in your design?

Whatever your purpose, you can do this quickly and easily in IRONCAD. By using the Thread tool (under the tab Feature) you can easily control whether to add or remove material, adjust pitch, direction and even draw the 2D profile exactly as you want it.
