When you design sheets in IRONCAD , several properties (e.g. sheet thickness, inner radius and k-factor) are loaded from a text file (the "sheet table") managed under Options, Sheet Metal, Stock. Read more here about where to find the sheet metal table.
The plate table included in the Solidmakarnas metric custom installation file for IronCAD DCS is structured with a comma ( , ) as the decimal point. It is most common to use a comma as a decimal point on the Swedish edition of Windows.
There are times when the system decimal point changes to a dot ( . ), for example when starting some CAD systems like AutoCAD. If the decimal point in Windows has changed and you start up IRONCAD you will see this error message: "There was an error reading the tooltbl.txt file, at or near line: n" (where n is the line in the text file)

So what do you do about this error?
Choose one of the following options below to arrange this:
Follow this link to change the decimal point in Windows to a comma:
https://www.solidmakarna.se/supportblogg/byta-decimaltecken-komma-eller-punkt-i-windows
Download and unzip this ZIP file to use a point-based plate table:
Point-based plate tables for IRONCAD
Copy the two plate tables Stocktbl.txt and Tooltbl.txt
Delete the two existing files and paste the new files into this folder:
C:\Users\*YOUR USER*\AppData\Local\IronCAD\IRONCAD\*VERSION*\en-us\SheetMetal
(Quick access to the same path: %localappdata%\IronCAD \ IRONCAD\*VERSION*\en-us\SheetMetal)
Then go to this path and paste and replace the two files here with:
C:\Program Files\IronCAD\*VERSION*\AppData\en-us\SheetMetal
NOTE! Replace *VERSION* with the correct version number.
Download and unzip this ZIP file to use a comma-delimited sheet metal table.

When IRONCAD is installed, all files are placed under the \Program folder. On initial startup, a large number of files are copied to the user-unique folders %localappdata%\ironcad and %appdata%\ironcad and it is from these folders that IRONCAD loads templates, plate tables and other properties on each startup.
