Are you missing buttons or menus in the DDM that do not seem to be recoverable?
The interface in DDM is managed via keys in the registry. To reset it, you need to log out and close DDM and reset the registry.
Start by closing the DDM Client via the File menu, Logout and exit.
Then start the registry editor in the Windows Start Menu, search for "regedit".
Locate the DesignDataManager folder under Current User, Software...
Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Concurrent Systems, Inc.\DesignDataManager\
Rename the folder there DDMClient folder (as a temporary backup, in case it needs to be restored).
Start and log in with DDM Client again. All menus and search fields should be restored.
If everything works properly, you can delete the previous folder in the registry. The new folder will only appear when you close DDM Client again.
