When working with complex 3D models in IRONCAD it can sometimes be difficult to keep track of which parts are original and which have been created via mirroring. Fortunately, there is a simple method to visualize all mirrored parts directly in the Scene Browser, making model management both faster and more structured.
To activate the indicator, first open the Scene Browser in IRONCAD. Click on the Tree icon and select More filter. In the list that appears, find the Mirror Part or Assembly option. Check the box and all the mirrored components of your model will now be clearly displayed.
This feature provides a visual overview and helps you to directly identify which objects are mirrored, which is invaluable when making changes to the model. If you edit the original part, you can safely understand which mirrored parts are affected.
Using the indicator saves time, reduces the risk of errors and makes you work more efficiently in IRONCAD. It is particularly useful for larger assemblies and projects where many parts are mirrored, as you can quickly navigate, filter and manage the components without losing overview.
With this simple tip, you can optimize your workflow in IRONCAD and gain full control over all mirrored parts in your 3D models.
